What fuse controls the dashboard light in a 1999 Eclipse?

Question by Ryan: What fuse controls the dashboard light in a 1999 Eclipse?
The light in my dashboard went out and I searched the fuse box, but couldn’t find one labeled ‘dashboard’ or anything. And now I kind of feel stupid. Help?
What fuse do I look at? I am not exactly a car-literate. What fuse is it? Amperage and all.

I’ve seen more dash light rheostats turned off by mistake then blown fuses. I’ve also had several Eclipses that must have had a voltage surge and all 5 dash bulbs for illuminating the gauges burn out at the same time. Check all the fuses under the drivers foot area fuse box, one at a time. Next I’d pull the dash. Remove the bezel screws and then the 4 screws holding the cluster to the body. The larger bulb holders are the ones you’re after.
